@smarmalat.bsky.socialReally flat, lethargic first half last night, conceded really poor goals again.
Well done Kim for his half time changes. Great second half. Unlucky not to win but after being 2-0 down it's a good point.
And a pox on whoever decided to close the A19 South on a match day.
Up the #boro
@untypicalboro.bsky.socialEd Sheeran: I was in the Brighton Grand Hotel after a #Boro game & asked this scruffy gadge if he was in the queue for reception. He wasn't. Phil asked: "do you know who that was?" I didn't. Now, whenever he pops up I whisper to my family: "I should've killed him when I had the chance."
@craigjohnsgazboro.bsky.socialHope that Adilson Malanda could be back at the weekend, and Kim Hellberg holding his hands up for #Boro's first half
Injury update and match verdict:
@richb42.bsky.socialIf #Boro ever put two halves together we'll be lethal. Mark of a good team that we can dig ourselves out of a situation like that but frustrating that we played so poorly to put ourselves in it in the first place
@joe-nic.bsky.socialHellberg on Millwall draw (1/2)
🗣️ "First half we were under our standard, energy wise and in general. Then strong second half. I think the group keeps showing the character they have against a solid team, keep creating a lot of chances which we have done this season."

🌟🌟🌟 Cozier-Duberry
🌟🌟 Morris
🌟 Lankshear
@domshawecho.bsky.socialA point felt unlikely after 45 minutes, three points felt likely after an hour. #Boro transformed after the break and the changes. Cozier-Duberry immense & will terrify defences this season. Boro haven't yet mastered the art of stringing together two good halves.
@craigjohnsgazboro.bsky.socialKim Hellberg's half-time subs changed the game for #Boro. Unlucky not to get a winner in the end. But a much better second half to earn a point
The verdict on how Boro turned it around:
@joe-nic.bsky.socialFT: Middlesbrough 2 Millwall 2
#Boro do well to take a point after a flat first-half display. Half-time changes helped put them on the front foot as Millwall sat back. Cozier-Duberry standout player yet again. Will feel they should have won it after getting back to 2-2.
@craigjohnsgazboro.bsky.socialFull-time: #Boro have to settle for a point after the second half fightback
