π£ Unai Emery: "Goretzka & Madjo, they are as well training with us, with the group.
βThey joined us last week, this week they are working with us. Progressively, we are recovering some players. More or less, that is the news.β 1/2

@jacobtanswell.bsky.socialEmery: "We have to build our structure stronger as we did the last year. I am especially happy how we finished before the break our matches. But we played a very shit match against Nottingham Forest at home. So how we can react, how we can change our performance at home is very important." #AVFC
@jacobtanswell.bsky.socialUnai Emery on Alejandro Garnacho: βDefinitely, heβs improving. The two weeks we worked were very important. He played 90 minutes in both matches. Heβs still young, he joined us to exploit his qualities, but firstly prepare his body and his football - heβs doing it.β #AVFC
@johntownley.bsky.socialUnai Emery: "We have to build our structure as fast as possible. I'm happy with how we finished our matches in Brugge, Coventry and Tottenham, but we played a very s*** match against Forest at home. How we can react and change our performance at home is very important."
@trueadventures.bsky.social"Unai, what's your view on the significance of the Milner / Ireland transfer? Would you call it a sliding doors moment?"
@johntownley.bsky.socialUnai Emery is due to hold his pre-Brentford press conference shortly.

Itβs their best-ever start to a Premier League season after five matches (9 points).
@trueadventures.bsky.socialALSO I'm aware that using AI for YT thumbnails is bad and wrong, I've tried to stop it looking like those horrendous pub flyers...
..it seems like thumbnails are essential to YT and I don't have the skill or time...should I fight the good fight by not having a thumbnail?
Advice is welcome π

Apparently you HAVE to buy a membership for Β£50 to buy a match ticket even though there are tickets still available.
Been going since 1972 and never felt so disenfranchised with it. Love the team, love Villa, hate what itβs become #avfc
@jacobtanswell.bsky.socialVictor Lindelof and Emiliano Buendia are progressing in talks over a new contract at #AVFC. A deserved reward for form, starting last season and continuing into the new campaign. They rank quite highly on @theathleticfc.bsky.social's new club-wide series: The Ladder
