Colombia are through! They send the hosts home! It's a day of upsets in the #U20WWC
FT: Poland 0-1 Colombia
Here's the Luisa Agudelo save that kept Poland off the board. An excellent reaction save to get down and get enough on it to keep it out. And shout out to Ortegon on the second save.
Colombia have taken the lead after an own goal from Martyna Bartczak’s deflection.
The hosts are stunned, the Poland crowd stunned, and Mariana Silva who thought she got credit for the goal, went running to the Colombia supporters in celebration of ectasy
Goal Colombia!
The win the ball from the Polish defense and counter. Mariana Silva is played into the box. Her cross for a streaking Loboa is blocked by the sliding defender and the ball finds the net. Colombia have a late lead.

Full time.
North Korea advance to the quarterfinals. It took them awhile to score, but they eventually found two goals to defeat Japan.
North Korea 2-0 Japan
Luisa Agudelo Huge Save!
Magda Piekarska found on a corner and she heads down toward the goal, but Agudelo makes an excellent reaction save. The rebound is put back on net, but Juana Ortegon gets her body in the way and the deflection is gathered by Agudelo.
83' Poland 0-0 Colombia
Nearly three for North Korea, as Ho Kyong gets the ball just inside the box and fires off a shot, but she puts it just over the crossbar.
86' North Korea 2-0 Japan
Here's the excellent sliding block from Isabel Weiner in the first half. Until the Flis miss, this was the best chance of the match for either side.
North Korea's first goal. Scored by Own Goal
North Korea goal!
A counter from DPRK leads to a nice little interchange at the top of the box, and Choe YonA finishes nicely. Maybe a slight touch from a defender to help the shot past the keeper, but it was a nice strike.
69' North Korea 2-0 Japan
The Doping Drug Cheating North Koreans lead 2-0 now
How much steroid injections have these cheats taken today?
North Korea goal!
And there it is. The corner ends up back out wide, and something approaching an olympico hits the post and rebounds off of Asako Furuta for an own goal.
68' North Korea 1-0 Japan
North Korea lead 1-0 over Japan.
Still 0-0 between hosts Poland and Colombia in the other match.
North Korea are beginning to hold possession, but they're still struggling to turn that into something dangerous.
I do wonder if Japan can hold all the way to penalties.
(In fact, they just had a defensive error that nearly led to a DPRK goal.)
65' North Korea 0-0 Japan
Poland close!
They've come out aggressive, really looking to work the ball wide and put in crosses. This latest one made it's way to the back post, and Krystyna Flis was on hand to attempt a shot, but she absolute chimneyed it.
55' Poland 0-0 Colombia
Both matches have restarted the second half. The delays in Poland v Colombia mean they're a few minutes behind North Korea v Japan.
Both matches remain 0-0.

North Korea 0-0 Japan - Korea started to tilt the field in their direction as the half processed, but neither team looked all that dangerous.
Poland 0-0 Colombia - Poland was the more dangerous side, but Colombia started to grow into the match.
