A bit on the well-worn/well-loved side but still presents very nicely the 'widescreen' rendering of #Tolkien 's iconic illustration of #Bilbo 's 'Conversation with #Smaug'. And a reminder of just how many editions and reprints of The #Hobbit Unwin published in the 1970s.

A bonus '7th' in the series of pics of my 6 copies of JRR #Tolkien 's The #Hobbit. Happily picked this paperback up in a secondhand shop last week: the Unwin 1978 fifth impression of their 1975 reset New Edition.
