Weegar tucks one in with Allen down.

He squeezed the puck in with his pads.

Brutal goal.

2-1 Utah

#NJDevils

Ugh.... #NJDevils

Can’t score.

Can’t clear the puck.

This team is fucking pathetic.

#NJDevils

The 2nd Period is a go.

#NJDevils

End of the 1st Period:

1-1

Devils 🚨: Evangelista (1) from Jack Hughes and Jesper Bratt

Good to see the Devils finally get a power-play goal.

Gotta pick up the energy, though, as well as not allowing as many chances for Utah in the slot as they have.

#NJDevils

Despite the poor start, #NJDevils 1-1 #TusksUp at the end of the first.

Both PPG. Devils had the better of the 5-5 time. I think I heard Utah only got of 2 shots 5-5? So, decent there.

Something still feels off. Nico/Timo/Evangilista line is humming. Don't know about Mantha on the Hughes line.

Power play goal for New Jersey!

Scored by Luke Evangelista with 07:37 left in the 1st. Assisted by Jack Hughes and Jesper Bratt.

NJD: 1 | UTA: 1

Cooley would be a Devil if Tom Fitzgerald wasn’t an incompetent. I’ll never get over that. #NJDevils

Glad for the 3-5 PPG, but our PP is way too much outside play and seemingly just scrambling for possession.

Need to solve that quickly.

#NJDevils

🚨 DEVILS GOAL 🚨

The Devils finally get one on the power play, and it's Luke Evangelista with his first as a Devil!

1-1

#NJDevils

Wish it didn’t have to come by way of a 5 on 3. But thank fuck they are on the board on the PP.

#NJDevils

We should play them 5-3 the whole game
#NJDevils

Evangelista !!! PPG 🚨 #NJDevils 1-1

PRAISE FUCKING SATAN #NJDevils

Luke Evangelista redirects a shot to tie the game at 1-1, his first goal with the #NJDevils.

Huge to score on that 5v3.

If they don’t score on this 5 on 3… #NJDevils
