11. Dropship
Finally caught up with the date!
This is a Canid-class dropship, capable of carrying a platoon of infantry, or two armored vehicles from high orbit onto the surface. High speed, low life expectancy. Lots of unflattering nicknames.

Day 11: Dropship. Another $2 neutral ship, this one a heavy lander for your fleet to escort. The underside has ablative armor for atmospheric reentry. That led to an unusual bar+clip approach to the centerline and flight stand connection. Nice to try something new! #LEGO #Spaceshiptember #SST #SST26

-First ex-fil?
-Yeah. I hope it's gentler than coming down.
-Well, us grunts don't get "gentle". When those rocket boosters kick on, let out your breath and brace your core. Grip your armrests- gonna hit six G's for ten seconds until the second stage fires.

#SST26 Day 9, Station

New Olympus, the crown jewel of the RSPA's Space-Borne Colonies. Basic as it seems, its a vital part of the RSPA's operations.

The product of pre-Collapse space exploration programs, the Enquirer scout vessel was converted en masse into the Dagger-class frigate. Thousands were made before GalCom was overthrown by vampires, hundreds still survive.

The shuttle opened its cargo door. It displayed an alert on its team's HUD, "213 seconds to impact".

The battered survivors maneuvered in freefall, aligning with the opening. The shuttle burned hard retrograde, and the team crashed into the hold.

A rare and intimidating sight over Typhon, the Onryo-class Destroyer is a Golden Age-era graviton destroyer with two 170mm railguns. Once the 'Sword of Saturn', only a few of these vessels remain.

9. Space Station
A fairly run-off-the-mill Three Stars Alliance waystation, which can have up to 12 capital ships docked simultaneously. The habitation ring has rotational gravity. Kubrick probably did it better...
