Teal-on-black internal facility incident report for a resident named Ellie. The report records a behavioral disturbance in Grade 6–9 Classroom 2A after staff disclosed that another resident was “no longer with us.” Ellie raised her voice, rejected the staff explanation, accused staff of harming residents, and refused redirection. Security removed her from the group setting. Approximately three hours later, she was returned and described as “Calm. Nonverbal. Compliant.” The report notes that she did not respond to staff questions and recommends standard monitoring. The report was filed by Ms. Porter and marked closed.
A collection of “Blake’s 7” related hardback, paperback and magazine format books from Cult Edge. There are a mix of unofficial annuals, production diaries, magazines and short story anthologies, all arranged vertically on an otherwise empty bookshelf.

My book purchases in 2025 and 2026 sorted by genre and compared side-by-side. SF is way in the lead in both years (to date), with Fantasy trailing some way behind.
Teal-on-black internal email from Suzie M., Director of Human Resources, sent to resident-facing staff. The message provides approved language for discussing a recent resident incident. Staff are instructed not to use terms including “death,” “suicide,” “escape attempt,” or “punishment,” and instead use phrases such as “severe emotional episode,” “self-injury,” “rejected care,” and “no longer with us.” Staff are told to refer residents seeking more information to assigned staff, not speculate, and not substitute alternate terminology.
