We are happy that www.betterhalfpdx.com, a vegan-friendly sandwich shop, has re-opened at their new location on NW Thurman St in the former Food Front space in #PDX. They have delicious #vegan options for all their sandwiches, and many can also be made #gluten-free.

Top Left: Vegan Beast, which consisted of house-made cow-free roast beef, cow’s milk-free provolone, caramelized onions, shredded lettuce, tomato, horsey sauce, and green sauce on a house-made hoagie. Top Right: Vegan Kale Caesar, which consisted of a lettuce blend, pickled red onions, sweety drop peppers, tomatoes, chickpea croutons, cashew/hemp parmesan, vegan parmesan, creamy Caesar tahini dressing, and a scoop of seasoned chcken-free salad.
