Today was a bit of a tough one - windy and wet. Still great to get out and is there ever a bad view of the coast? #runsky #running #parkrun

Another great #parkrun with 250 runners 🏃🏻♀️
Not enough sleep and overdressed for the cycle (straight into a headwind) to #parkrun this morning. Felt awful so started nice and easy, running to feel. Felt better by the time I’d reached the plateau and then had a little bit of fun on the way back down […]
It’s been a rough week with my physical and mental health, but happy to have done my 99th #parkrun today - next week is the big 100! 🏃🏻♀️ had an enjoyable hour or so listening to @matthew-wright.bsky.social on @lbc.co.uk 🎧 #ukrunchat #runchat #parkrunner
Cracking photo taken by my #parkrun pal Julie of me giving the Run Director’s briefing.
As a friend pointed out - ‘you are being beaten by a baby!’ It sort of summed up a Catford #parkrun where increasing effort seemed to lead to decreasing speed. Best outfit (there were toning leopard print shorts with matching socks) award made up for it though.

Back at one of my favourites! It was a suitably moist morning!
Zegerplas #parkrun. I finally got a Z, after cycling here from Zurich. Legs tired but managed 1st lady and 11th overall in the slowest time I'll ever manage that! Another 50km on the bike done afterwards and now we're almost at the ferry home
Catford #parkrun 367 saw 256 runners and walkers finish in breezy conditions. There were 35 1st timers, with 11 doing their very 1st parkrun. There were 15 PBs. As always, a massive thank you to the 27 volunteers who made it all happen!

Marshalling at Penrith #parkrun today
Reason no 364 to love #parkrun- you can be a top marshal and you can be a bottom marshal!
I ran my fastest 5km of 2026 today at Wimpole Estate #parkrun. Thanks to @nationaltrust.org.uk and the volunteers!
Did a #parkrun tourism in Keighley
That's my 222nd #parkrun done, 32m40s, a pb for my home course. I am slooooooowly creeping towards 30m, which I'm hoping to get to for my 250th.
