When the fog settles in, I'm sure to take my camera on the morning walk. Heavy fog lightens and softens the background. This tree is in the Walt Hundley Playfield Park, West Seattle.

This is a digital black and white photograph of an old, magnificent tree in the Walt Hundley Playfield Park in High Point, West Seattle on a foggy morning. Heavy fog is almost rare here, and I always carry my camera on the morning walk if there's fog. It softens and lightens the background, making darker subjects stand out more.
