Dram 2 - On the palate: Medium body, moderately drying with a touch of fizziness. Green apples, lemon citrus, pencil shavings, damp earth and white pepper. Water brings more creaminess and drying oak #BlindDrams

#Blinddrams Dram 2 palate is surprisingly fruit tastic compared to the darker herbal nose. Big hit of passionfruit and fruit syrup wrapped in a pleasent spice and a black tea dryness at the end. We are liking dram 2. A drop of water does no harm but neither does it add much. Yum to this one.

Dram 2 - On the palate: The arrival is mega sharp, it gives way to a peppery/dusty and sort of bitter note. The ABV feels like it's kicked up a gear! #BlindDrams

Palate: red berries, Black Forest gateau, pear drops, creme brulee, ginger spice and a drying note at the end.

Dram 2 - On the palate: If I'm tasting this as a cask sample I'd be asking "What has gone wrong with this cask?" It's really unpleasant. There is no balance to it and the spirit seems to be fighting to be seen. Nope. #BlindDrams
