email that read: Please consider doing something to improve the level of safety for bicyclists on the southbound stretch of southern Eubank, or adding sidewalks. My guess is that the military probably controls some of that right-of-way near the fence, so I don't know how much the city can do, but considering the proximity of apartment complexes like Manzano Mesa to the Eubank gate for Kirtland AFB, the lack of sidewalks and crosswalks feels like a missed opportunity.
