Made a paint station
And added a bottom and wheels to this cupboard frame I found in the trash.
The top will be finished soon and my new to me planer will be sitting on top of it when it's done.

Wrapped up a custom walnut and ebonized white oak coffee table. Love the way the shadows work to make the negative space transform as you walk around the piece!

An update on current progress for this eastern red cedar staff. I've started sanding spots on the root ball and dremelled out a few — mostly cracks and insect galleries. Filling them with resin epoxy, gemstones, and copper shavings. #woodworking #easternredcedar #walkingstaff #OccultSky

Alder with a char and wax finish. This was pale, featureless alder so I decided to try charing it, came out kind of interesting. It really just looks like paint until you are up close, then you start to see the structure of the wood. I like the knife finish bottom.

Orange Creamsicle

Peach alabaster hollow form and pink ivory finial. 1.5" wide, 2.25" tall

The alabaster was surprisingly easy to turn once I got it round. Very dusty work, wear a respirator if you try it.
