今シーズンは湘南1本にするし、記録も狙わず完走することを目標に。

週末しか走れない私がフルマラソンに出るなら、毎週末休まずそれなりの距離を走らなくちゃダメ。
それが普通の生活を浸食するので、生活全体に彩りや楽しみが少なくなる。
