Former Dallas Stars draft pick Chris Martenet (2015 4th Round, 103rd overall) will be working as one of tonight's on-ice officials.

Martenet, a 6'7" defenseman from Indianapolis, Indiana, was recently hired by the NHL as a linesman following an 8-year pro career.

The Stars have placed D Kyle Burroughs and F Matthew Seminoff on waivers (per @PuckPedia).

The presumption is if they clear waivers tomorrow, they will both be assigned to the Texas Stars (AHL).
