A photo I took last month of the wildflower area of our garden that has tickseed & black-eyed Susan & other wildflowers in it. Someone did argue the small yellow flower was a cosmos, but the leaves & petals do not match cosmos, from what I have seen.

My last Capture features a Beautiful pot Marigold Flower I spotted it this morning while on my way to Grab some Breakfast it was captured on my iPhone 17 pro!

This close-up photo shows vibrant orange marigold flowers (Calendula officinalis) in full bloom outdoors against a dark wooden fence backdrop.  Key Features: Main Flower: Right at the center is a large, fully opened, double-flowered marigold with layers of delicate, rich orange petals radiating outward around a slightly textured central disk.  Smaller Buds: To the left, a long slender stem branches out holding a smaller unopened flower bud.  Just below the main blossom is another smaller, partially opened orange flower bud facing upward.  Foliage & Background: Lush green leaves frame the blooms, while a dark brown wooden panel fence and hints of brick lay behind the plant, illuminated by soft natural daylight.
