Joe Wicks, of YouTube and early pandemic fame, was at Figges Marsh Junior #parkrun this morning. Much bigger turnout than usual, but all appeared to go smoothly. Wicks was very patient with all the selfies and enthusiastic with the warm-up.

🔥: we had a most excellent day, pals. We went to the park and do hoos did #parkrun and then we had a walk (i is hexcused from barkrun because of foxy hip). Next we went to get more plants and to look at new offices for da new 🏠. Then we had lunch 🥖 🍟 at da garden centre. Yum! 💜🐾🌈🦴🔥

Catford #parkrun went well despite the incident with the dead rat.

Today was a good day. My return to Wexford Racecourse Parkrun after being sidelined for nine weeks.
Apart from the running (and some walking) I enjoyed nice chats along the way. More next week.

16th #parkrun had a dark & dismal start with rain by the end.

I got there early and did a good long warm up in my hoody, which I stashed in the car before the start.

New shoes seemed ok - I tried them during the week and they felt a bit weird […]

Heute war mein zweiter #parkrun. 1:08 langsamer als bei meinem ersten parkrun. Nach dem ich am Mittwoch mein 5 km Training nach dem ersten Laufintervall bei 2 km abgebrochen habe, ich am Donnerstag und Freitag alles andere als frisch war, bin ich sehr zufrieden mit dem Ergebnis.

7 of the 8 NE Wales parkruns operated today (1 venue unavailable) & 1099 participants took part (-38 on last week for 8 events and +249 last year for 7 events). 162 volunteers gave their time. I ran at a nearby event and then walked in the surrounding hills afterwards #running #parkrun

our little #parkrun celebrated four years today (and 196 or so actual events)! it’s been one of the best things to come to our city, the community of comrades we’ve grown is now regularly over 100 parkrunners each week (and now including the lovely mrs hayo🥰) #runsky

‘E’ for Evesham #Parkrun

So #parkrun takes us on another lovely day out! This time we're at West Stow Country Park in Suffolk. A smashing trail parkrun (watch your step!!) followed by coffee, cake and an Anglo-Saxon museum and reconstructed village. Well worth a visit!

Was the 25 minute pacer at Teignmouth Parkrun. Absolutely bang on 25 mins! What a pro!

No #parkrun today. All the Clare ones are too far away so did a freedom #parkrun in a local field used by the local running club. There were mown tracks of approx 1 k, 400 and 200 metres. All with a sea view of the wild Atlantic. Did 2x1k, 2x 400and 2x 200m
