@rishpardikar.bsky.socialAt COP30, there was a push for a "fossil fuel roadmap" to enable a transition. The flood in Nepal is also set to add momentum to calls for mitigation & loss & damage finance. But the #COP31 presidencies neither list fossil fuels as a priority agenda nor loss & damage
