if mental planning is whats causing this issue, how am i supposed to help with the OTHER issues that come from NOT doing it

It’s taken me 59 yrs to get my AuADHD diagnosis and 10 years for my meds and then on the news ADHD it’s all over diagnosed .
We can’t win at any point in our lives, we stay silent for decades and when we pop up above the parapets we get ridiculed .
