I too am a first-timer. Just from the gifs I can tell #TheGuilty is going to be a blast.

Five minutes!

There was one of those fine-needle rains oozing. The kind that doesn’t fall, that you don’t even see in the air, but that just shows by wetting the surface of the street and tickling the back of your neck.

Imagine the pitch meeting with the studio executives to get approval for an optical effects budget and two filming schedules for one actor playing two parts.

Somebody smoking a cigar in the meeting undoubtedly arguing for two actresses, faster shooting, etc.

... now, I remember seeing #TheGuilty. We are in for a treat. Short and sweet.
I like the way Eddie throws shade at Don Castle.
.. the poor man's Clark Gable
.. studied at the Edgar Bergen school of acting 🤣
But still good for roles like this.

I’ve definitely seen him before, but it’s true I can only remember him as the older brother of Wang Churan’s character in #Fireworks 🙂

He was also in a hit crime drama from this year - #TheGuilty - alongside Sun Qian, so it’s possible I watched part of an episode on YouTube

🚨 NOIRISTA ALERT! You won't want to miss Wednesday's #TheNoirCollective hosting debut of @marcikay.bsky.social– one of the sharpest (and funniest) noiristas around– for #TheGuilty, a 71-minute, trenchcoat and fedora-clad thrill ride that fills up half the #NoirChecklist in the first five minutes! 😉

Bonita Granville as the good girl? Femme fatale? Floozy with the heart of gold? I'll take one of each, please!
