The #Avs are struggling to find their rhythm early here tonight.

Toronto is one of the stronger opponents they've faced to this point in the season. While there's still ample time to generate chances, it's opponents like them that they'll need to measure up against. #GoAvsGo

Not the start the Avs were looking for. Nathan MacKinnon does look like a man on a mission though, with a few speedy zone entries and chances because of it #GoAvsGo

So far, the Avs are flat. Ugh #goavsgo

Former friend of the show Nick Blankenburg puts the #Avs down by one early.

He snuck into the near face-off circle and received a great pass from Nylander to beat his former goalie for the game's opening goal. #GoAvsGo

Curse of the former Avs is still in effect. #goAvsgo

Nick Blankenburg has scored his first goal of the year against his former team in his first game of the season on a delayed penalty. 1-0 Leafs #GoAvsGo
