#BlindDrams 3 Nose: Wine cask territory?! I have some concerns. Lightly lacquered oak sits alongside syrupy pears and dark berries, with chocolate-dipped macaroons adding a sweeter, coconut-rich note. There’s also a whiff of paint thinners.
