@gnadelwarz.bsky.socialwww.youtube.com/watch?v=-XtL... Im hyped as Fuck! #Mechwarrior #Battletech
@khealos.bsky.socialOh, hell yeah! Total hype for the next #mechwarrior DLC! I still need to get Chaos Reign, but I want this one.
And because I channel my inner 13-year-old a lot more these days, obligatory "Death by Snu snu" post as well.
@developersoup.netMason gets out of his cooling suit?! Looking good, "old man".
@jparbiter.bsky.social1) #Mechtober is here, and it is a complicated one for me. the Lone Wolves were not on my #Battletech radar until I found out some one made a Ace Darwin successor part of them, and then @swankmotron.com started writing them.
but they are a weird and wacky part of BTech, & I love them for it
@scarletimpaler.bsky.socialSpoiler alert - Mission Failed spectacularly.
From mega cheese to defeat in about 5 seconds.
@salamitactical.bsky.social10/5 - The Lone Wolves!
I haven't been great about reading a lot this year, but anthologies are always a nice smooth way to get back into it. And for today I can share my signed copy of the next anthology on my list, Lone Wolf and Fox! Loved the first Fox Patrol collection
@davionstar.bsky.socialIntroducing the first lance of my Debt Commandos. They're painted like the Capellan Death Commandos and use Liao equipment, but are not the elite Regiment. They are glorified Repo men under the employ of a cartel working on the Marik/Liao border. Why? Cause I thought it'd be funny. #battletech
@developersoup.netIt's #Mechtober day 5, which means we're talking about the Lone Wolves. They ultimately chose the right side in the Jihad, and paid for it. I hope the Wolfs Dragoons compensated them eventually.
@porble.bsky.socialj edgar hover tank for my pirates
@khealos.bsky.socialWe played a mission from the #Battletech Core Rulebook. It was a huge game, 5 players, IS vs Clans. Mission: Objective Raid. The Clans didn't need to go looking for trouble, the Sphereoids came a knockin'. In the end, the Clans won, by a single point, but it was CLOSE

@cyckath.bsky.socialDay Five of #mechtober #battletech and enter the Lone Wolves. Appearing in the Galtor Campaign they are one of the earliest Merc units in the lore and one of the most "mercenary" from the top down to the bottom. Always in the background, never really notably appearing in fiction...

Lone Wolves
All I know of lone wolves is from fox patrol novels. would love to see more of them. Don't have lone wolves , but I started Jackie Darwins' whipits.

@sj82.bsky.social5/31 #mechtober - I've never heard of the lone wolves before reading the BRILLIANT stories by @swankmotron.com . Looking them up on Sarna, I realised 1) their logo looks like the infamous looney tunes coyote 2) they have quite some history to tell. #battletech @catalystgamelabs.bsky.social

@theotternerd.bsky.socialChapter 11 of the #BattleTech novel "Hearts of Iron" just makes me yearn for a @powerwashsimulator.co.uk DLC where we get to clean dirty 'Mechs.
@albionmerrick.bsky.socialTwo more #battletech models finished today. Iron Wind Metals Catapult K2 and a King Crab!

@developersoup.netIt's #mechtober day 4, so we have to talk about one of the longest serving units in the (first and third) SLDF, the 328th Royal BattleMech Division, turned Clan Wolf 328th Assault Cluster. From New Vandenburg, through Amaris, survived EXODUS, carries into the ilClan.
