Alright, this one's a little embarrassing. I noticed the presence of an unfamiliar alter while at the gym one day, so I sketched out what that presence repeatedly made me expect to see myself as in the mirror vs my actual body type.

Auffallig ist: Besonders in ostdeutschen Regionen mit vergleichsweise niedrigem Ausländeranteil liegt die AfD-Unterstützung häufig besonders hoch. Im Kontext meiner Forschung lässt sich dies als Beispiel für ein fehlkalibriertes Warnsignal lesen: Wo direkte Erfahrung fehlt, können Vorstellungen, Erzählungen und Angst reale Rückkopplung ersetzen.
