Not sure on the exact number, but something like 75% of the Pre-Shattering O-Neill cylinders are derelict. Either conflict broke out inside, or someone blew a hole in it, or they just started falling apart.

No fleet is complete without a carrier! Drones, bombers, interceptors, you name it, we will be ready.

Day 15: Luxurious. Another $2 neutral ship. Rather than going for something ostentatious, I wanted the sleek elegance of a limousine combined with a hypercar. The result is a sort of Batmobile, and out of scale, but I love how the dark tan looks against black. #LEGO #Spaceshiptember #SST #SST26

The Tanjar-260 is a cutting-edge mid-ring science vessel employed by civilian organizations to monitor Typhon's flare cycle. Much better equipped than the ERRF's Starseeker vessels, these are expensive to own and maintain, but provide vital services.
