The rubies had to be cut on site; adding the ancient standard of corner fittings to the TEU-sized chunks of crystal allowed for easy fitting to the freighters.

As one took off, the light from the thrusters created a disco in the cavernous tunnel.

The pilot struggled with the controls. On Earth, shrapnel had scarred her right leg, though her body no longer bore that damage.

She limped the craft away from the fireball, balancing it between RCS thrust and a single functional main drive cone.

> i still feel bad. i knew several of these people.

"Theta needs the parts a lot more than the old crew, especially this far from home."

He paused. "...We can bring them back and put them to rest, if that would make you feel better."

> it would.

"I fucking love this part."

Nchọ and obi-me braced as the catapult initialized. The electromagnets in their hands and feet were suddenly dwarfed by the magnetic field of the rails in the cargo launcher.

> PEER TO PEER NETWORK ESTABLISHED

"We'll hit the zone of high primion flux in 5 minutes. I know it increases mental latency, but make sure your personality is running twice for redundancy. We get in, we get the downed team, and we get out."

#Spaceshiptember Day 14: Luxury
The Flotilla Bis is a network of 5 colossal resort city-ships that act as the collective capital of the Hnuwei Macrocorporation. Originally used to save the Buros people from the end of life on their homeworld, the Flotilla are now a gilded cage.

Day 15: Luxurious. Another $2 neutral ship. Rather than going for something ostentatious, I wanted the sleek elegance of a limousine combined with a hypercar. The result is a sort of Batmobile, and out of scale, but I love how the dark tan looks against black. #LEGO #Spaceshiptember #SST #SST26

#15 Luxurious.

The Tanjar-260 is a cutting-edge mid-ring science vessel employed by civilian organizations to monitor Typhon's flare cycle. Much better equipped than the ERRF's Starseeker vessels, these are expensive to own and maintain, but provide vital services.

#SST26 Day 15, Derelict. What were the bandits up to? They were in the process of illegally scavenging abandoned ring stations.

#SST26 Day 14, Missiles. Aight, I'm back from vaca. Remember the bandits from before? A patrolling missile ship caught them, and it's about to put up a fight.

12. Slender/thin
The Prosaic Angel, a heavy cruiser of the Auric Kingdom. Flagship of the Duchy of Lacerta during their brief independence and war with the Alliance. Still at large.

Not exactly slender, but it's thin! Just not from the side...
