Up with the bearded dude for a (very) leisurely #HolyroodParkrun (and it’s his 25th Parkrun 🎉)

(1) Park run completed. Much less hungover than I was anticipating. 1st KM was much quicker than it felt. Wasn’t trying to push the PB today as it was about getting my friend Liam (yes, there are 2 of us) under 30 mins. He seemed to cope. - #plymouth #parkrun #running
