#BlindDrams 3 Taste: Rosehips and golden syrup bring a curious mix of tart fruit and sticky sweetness, quickly joined by minty berries and a prickly Szechuan chilli heat. The oak grows increasingly tannic and drying through the back palate - sucking both moisture and sadly also my soul :(

Dram 3. Palate: Thick and chewy. Earthy and leathery, tobacco, dry wood, raspberry dark chocolate, dried apricot. Heavy umami notes, 60-day dry aged beef, mushroom, nori, slight vegetal note #BlindDrams

Dram 3 - On the palate: Medium body. Sweet red berry fruitiness, vanilla and white pepper and chilli pepper heat. A few drops of water brings strawberry jam swirled into Ambrosia Creamed Rice Pudding together with mouth puckering astringency #BlindDrams
