In an alternative universe people with #ADHD would be Jedi knights.

The idea of " #mindfulness " triggers an almost natural allergic reaction with #ADHD, very understandably, but only because mindfulness™ keeps getting misexplained (and in ableist ways). Good beginner mindfulness practice happens without self-overwhelm or a demand to focus.
