Windows 11 25H2 killed my Start menu.

Not corruption — DISM and sfc won't touch it. It's a package registration fault. Fix in the image.

Then the PowerShell command Get-AppxPackage Microsoft.Windows.StartMenuExperienceHost -AllUsers piped to Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register, followed by Stop-Process for StartMenuExperienceHost and explorer. Run in an admin PowerShell.
