Dit waren dus geen amateurs maar mensen die zich hadden verdiept in de werking van het spoor. Best zorgelijk, echt sabotage dus, dit heeft niets te maken met ergens tegen protesteren. Vraag blijft wie waren het?

Twee van de drie criteria die ieder voor zich volgens art. 83 Strafrecht terrorisme definiëren kun je redelijk van toepassing verklaren, plus nog lidmaatschap terroristische organisatie (140a Sr). De daders mogen vurig hopen niet te worden gepakt.
