RTX3090 24GB 1枚でHermes Agentを回すための構成を、実測で詰めてブログにまとめた。

Qwen3.8-27B（UD-IQ4_XS）× llama.cpp × 262K文脈、--parallel 1。速度のつまみを7種類ぜんぶ掃引して、効いたのは投機デコードの下書き数を3→２に下げることだけ。+7.2%。

残り6つは触っても無駄だと確定した。公式の推奨値も、自分の機体では逆に遅かった。
