A trip to Bedgebury Pinetum for parkrun this morning. A beautiful setting on a day like today. The course was undulating (a bit hilly) but running through the forest more than compensated.

@martincaine.comKnocked 12 seconds off my Huddersfield parkrun PB. Tried to stay ahead of the 24 pacer, until he passed me with less than a kilometer to go. Kept pace with him then sprinted the finish. Felt good (but tough!).
