#MeToo (and it wasn't by women)
Hannah Wikforss-Green: ”Det här är ett #metoo-ögonblick för nästa generations kvinnor, men det utspelar sig i ett helt annat politiskt och kulturellt klimat.”
What we learned from #MeToo is that men were so angry at being told 'NO MORE' that they voted in an adjudicated rapist as President--twice, attempted to coup this govt rather than transition power to a man who ran with a woman VP, & will stack the system at all levels to ensure their privilege.
I too am sick and tired of the same old “angry” reaction and then ultimate backlash cycle. Anita Hill = feminist activism that spawned the 90’s backlash. That lasted until #Metoo. Then whiplash back to the appeal of tradwife with their anti feminist t-shirts. Cornel 7 is just another round.

In 2017, #MeToo became a global movement. Now, after the case at Cornell, it is back in the news.
If you want to start conversations and support survivors in your community, watching a film together can be a place to start.
