Palate.

Orange marmalade, toffee, a little bit of cardamom spice. Its got a dry finish but leaves a lovey sherry taste

Dram 3 - The finish: Decent finish again. Takes water v well. Removes a bit of the spice and heat but keeps all the fruit #BlindDrams

#Blinddrams dram 3 palate is a bit of a struggle - veggies, bit lactic, saccharine sweetness and black tea. Mouthfeel lets this down too. Water cannot rescue this for me either - not our bag.

Taste

Spicy selection this month! Very sweet with putty like texture and taste. A little improved with water. Chalky still. Cabbage and toffee.

Perhaps pushing a three for the mouthfeel and interesting range of tongue tingles

Dram 3 - On the palate: Loads of sweetness. So different to the nose. Really hard to place it. I'd guess a port finish cause I get loads of redberries, but could be Oloroso too with a strong umami note in there too. #BlindDrams
