Canada finding stretches of possession, but still offering nothing in attack. But the signs that Canada are growing into the match continue.

As I type this, DPRK put a shot on target that Henning has to dive to save. Canada fortunate rebound fell between DPRK player and Okeke could clear. #U20WWC

Canada and Korea close.

Canadians build well down the left and spring Kaylee Hunter. Her shot deflects off a defender to wide of the post, but she's flagged for offside.

Just after, the Koreans get Pak OkI open 6 yards out, but she drags her shot wide of goal.

Canada have been pretty error free in defense. They're winning their headers, getting in front of shots, and winning headers. They're still very second best. But they've slowed the siege the Koreans had on their goal to start.

Oops I’m late since I thought it started at 12:45 not 12:30 but time to watch my baby reds versus North Korea #u20wwc

Henning's diving save from a minute ago.

#U20WWC

For context, after 15 mins, the Koreans have (I believe) 4 corners and 9 attempts on goal.

If Canada don't settle things down and get some control, this will surely get out of hand quickly.

Another good save from Henning.

Korean corner only partially cleared, and a shot from the top of the box forces a diving save from Henning.

Still all Korea.

Here's the Korean buildup and Henning save referenced above.

Big save Henning.

A wonderful buildup from the Koreans sends Choe Rim Jong on goal, but her shot is punched away by Henning and cleared.

Korea have had multiple attempts on goal as I've typed this. All North Korea to start.

🇨🇦 Khadijah Cissé starts on the bench against 🇰🇵 North Korea in the #U20WWC.

The Koreans are immediately on the attack, and they create a good chance right in front of goal, but Henning touches it over for a corner.

All North Korea in the opening minutes.

Anthems done. Kick off is near.

First challenge for Canada? Score on North Korea. No one else has this tournament, but there's always first.

Not beyond them, but North Korea have been the form team of the tournament, so it'll be a big ask.

Quarter Final

DPR Korea 🇰🇵 v Canada 🇨🇦

Here's Colombia's winner. Scored by Val Loboa.

It was a yeoman's outing from Loboa. Often isolated, but she never stopped working and being a pain for Nigeria's defenders.

Truly though, a tournament to be proud of for Nigeria. On the balance of play, they were a semifinal side. They're not there because sometimes you just don't get the ball past Luisa Agudelo.

Tears now, but a lot about this team to be proud of and excited about.

#U20WWC

Full time. Colombia are in the semifinals!

Second best for much of the match, but the red card and a late push that resulted in a goal, and Colombia are through the semifinal round.

Tough result for Nigeria, who looked the better side for more of the match.

Final: Nigeria 0-1 Colombia
#U20WWC

Nigeria a late free kick from a dangerous spot, but it's put over the crossbar.

Really harsh for Nigeria, but they had the same experience some many other teams have experience. Luisa Agudelo is just hard to beat.

Goal Colombia!

Val Loboa gets played through on goal. Her first shot is saved by Uzoma but the deflection comes off Loboa and she touches it into the net. Another late winner for Colombia, surely!
