Day 17: Variant. Having replaced the build from day 4, I figured this was a good opportunity to repurpose the original hull. I adjusted the prow to better match later designs, differing slightly if the destroyer is armed with paired cannons or an energy weapon. #LEGO #Spaceshiptember #SST #SST26

Render of a LEGO spaceship on a flight stand. The lime green hull is curved with a long tail, wrapping around a black core with cannons on either side.

Day 17: Asymmetry
#spaceshiptember #sst26 #sst2026

A sketch of an asymmetrically-designed bomber spacecraft for Day 17 of #spaceshiptember 2026. The prompts I am using show Day 17 accidentally being the same as Day 8: Destroyer, so I borrowed Day 14's prompt from the other set, Asymmetry.

"Impressive as they are, I've always hated green rings, they're just another getaways for 1% of 1%-ers and mega-corporations. Glorified shopping malls."

The Whisper is the e-war variant of the Stiletto drone. Tracking radar, jammers, dedicated datalink and tracking radar, it allows the drones with weapons to achieve much greater accuracy and survivability

13. Carrier

The Cervid K-77 serves as the mainstay bulk orbital lander of the Three Stars Alliance. Not designed for combat drops, the K-77 sports four articulated engines and has most of its midsection occupied by fuel tanks.

3/4 shot of a long staple-shaped craft with four engines in rotating nacelles near the cockpit and in the rear.

Same craft mostly from the front, with the cockpit visible in detail, looking somewhat like the front of a freight locomotive.

A 3/4 shot from below, showing the carrier's landing gear and the long recessed rail that cargo-bearing clamps are supposed to attach to.

#17 Variant.

The Oni-class is a variant of the Onryo-class, which replaces its original armor skirts with a segmented design, allowing it to mount port and starboard missile launchers. Instead of railguns, it has two more heavy missile batteries.

Spaceshiptember Day 16: Realism

"The Sciamach Fighter's radiators being placed on the wingtips. Was a bold choice for improving stealth on hot/cold aspects but sacrificing beaming capability. The jury is still out on it."

-You think it’ll go into full production?
-Oh, it’s already started; the right palms have been greased, shipyards all over the Federation are already laying down keels. The new Stockholm-class cruiser will be on the front lines in less than six months.
