This does NOT rule that Ofcom's demands for ID verification must be followed

So someone mentioned that there are bot accounts specifically being made to support KOSA and force a floor vote (I have no proof on me so take it with a grain of salt). If you see any, please report it for spam. Please and thank you
While the negotiations will likely be messy, call your senators and tell them to remove Sec. 6017, Sec. 6016, and the SAVE America Act as well. Those parts will likely hurt than help. #savespeech
EU to propose "EU KIDS Act" curbing social media for children on Thursday

TELL YOUR REPS: NO TO EU KIDS ACT. NO TO SOCIAL MEDIA BANS

Reminder: The NDAA in the Senate includes Senate Section 6017(Stop CSAM Act):
- It does not, in fact, "stop CSAM"
- It breaks encryption. Thats illegal & unconstitutional
- It shreds Section 230 protections.
YELL AT REPS TODAY
Today, the senate returns from August recess to vote on the NDAA. It’s already bad in itself, but they snuck in Senate Section 6017, which attacks encryption. So call your senators now and tell them to remove it from the NDAA. #savespeech
These freedom-hating lunatics are at it again with their attempts to get rid of our internet entirely. They've just introduced the FOURTH anti-Section 230 bill.
Phone them your opposition, we're sick of them pretending they know how the internet works when they DON'T! #SaveSection230 #SaveSpeech
Settlements like this are pushing companies to implement #AgeVerification measures that will adversely affect everyone’s privacy, security and speech rights. youtube.com/shorts/1igbv...
Tell your lawmakers to stop this rights erosion!
Shit sucks, but we MUST keep pushing back so we can stop this in its tracks and get it repealed in every state, every country, and every website pornographic or not
Recently one of the heads of rule34xxx made a post venting on how far digital ID has been spread and forced
That said, it does feel a bit disingenuous to victories against digital ID and how "nobody is doing anything"
Couldn't say it better ourselves. ID age verification laws are NEVER gonna stop at adult websites. And it's honestly frustrating that not many progressives in the U.S. are willing to organize IRL against these invasive laws federally and state level. Instead, they're on board with it. #savespeech
