@mooch-monkey.bsky.socialso I managed to get down stairs on my own. Then I could go back up to bed for a sleep.
Very short term spike of problems. Last time I ran for a bus after 24 hours, this time I've powered up/down stairs several times.
Nasty when it happens but I now know from 2 occurances that it is short.
