When I upload a source, I like to rename it so sorting by "Recent" is really helpful.

Highlight a column and go to the Insert menu to select Checkbox.
This is a great way to track missing assignments or daily tasks.

Go to the View menu then select Freeze and choose 1 row.
Now you can see your headers no matter how far down you scroll.
