At nightfall
repulsive apparitions crawl
the gloomy mountain,
in an unnoticed moment
a haunting story of chaos unfolds,
gnarled yew spawns sinister specters
blood smeared scythe descends
in the darkened woodland
silencing the final cries.

Old men, like #mountains—
pale of crown, stout of girth still,
obdurate as stone.

Agitator posts
followers shout, scream and rage.
Rather repulsive.

Hound met the Mountain.
Bought him chicken and some tea
just before filming.

They had a child chant,
"Let them drown!", hatred passed on,
Utterly repulsed.

Angry #clouds over Blandford skies;
I had not seen the Stour so high.
Clayland waters pour from Blackmore Vale;
across Wimborne meadows one might sail.

Pleased

somehow we don't identify with it

i mean, we call ourselves sad
like a sad person

or a grumpy one

and yes, some might say
they are grateful

but we mistrust ephemeral pleasure

and relegate it to a state

maybe Nevada

Although life
is an endless
struggle I’ve
learned to
be #pleased
with it counting
my blessings
cherishing
Everyday
I wake up
with food
clothes and
shelter recognizing
it can always be
worst I’m
content with
the simple things
no longer having
the desire to
be rich
