The kid was just a random part of his job. I think he found something questionable before and hence got tested. He had been stressed and whispering even before Celeste came on the scene and after Sarah got locked up. #CoronationStreet #Corrie

I think that was intentional for #Corrie. Kit had already gone in for testing before they found out about Celeste, so he was already on edge. #CoronationStreet

Ooh a new bit of set! Those toilets at the Rovers Return are very swish, I like the decor, and a lot more spacious than I imagined (but perhaps they’re like the kitchen growing and shrinking over the years) #CoronationStreet #Corrie

Dammit, Debs is going to die at Christmas isn’t she? That’s why she’s wearing Christmas pudding earrings to her birthday party talking about filming her eulogy (?) #Corrie #CoronationStreet

How did Kit know to have an ultrasound? I was wondering how guys have mammograms knowing how when I’ve had them how you have to “position” your breast between the plates to get squished. So he had an ultrasound instead, that explains that. I wonder if he found a lump. #CoronationStreet #Corrie

#OnThisDay from September 1995
#CoronationStreet magazine remembers when a battered and bruised Elsie Tanner knocked on Len Fairclough's door in Sep '65, when Ken Barlow picked up ex-wife Janet in his cab in Sep '75, and when Alf Roberts proposed to Rita in Sep '85.

#OnThisDay from September 1994
#CoronationStreet magazine remembers when Trevor Ogden absconded to London in Sep '64, when they tried to bulldoze the Street in '74, and when Mavis failed to marry Derek in '84. There's the 8th marriage and death, plus catch up with Alan Rothwell.

#OnThisDay 7 September 1967
To tie-in with Elsie Tanner's wedding to Steve in #CoronationStreet, the TV Times publishes this special wedding souvenir with photos from the big day. Look out for Ena Sharples contemplating a lobster and Stan Ogden pouring champagne.

Poor Kit has been diagnosed with stage 3 breast cancer, with Todd and the Doctor who diagnosed him the only people knowing. Will Kit be able to open up to his loved ones about what he’s going through or will he keep his diagnosis to himself? #CoronationStreet #ITV #UKTV
