Cycled in the Don, as a way to say good-bye to my Dad, whose ashes were interred yesterday.

Found 3 old railway spikes after following a blue jay. Will give them to my sisters.

Wiped out on my bike, bruised and scraped. Found out shortly after I had a flat. A strange day.

Thunderdome bridge over the railway line. A fitting spot where our paths meet. Railway for dad, bike path for me. He worked with trains and was obsessed with them all his life.

Image of blue bike on rusted steel bridge over a railway line flanked with green trees. 3 old rusted railway spikes strapped down with a blue bungee to my bike rack.

The latest Missing Middle Podcast with @carastern.bsky.social & @shifter.info does a good job looking into bikelash. Argues bike advocates are good at getting decision makers on board but not with winning the hearts and minds of suburbanites. #BikeTO #TOpoli #ONpoli www.youtube.com/watch?v=6z76...

Most TO Photos show up in the #Toronto feed I thought, already. The only thing I'd want fixed there is a filter to remove sports and sports events. (not my bag), but I'd keep #BikeTO for sure and things of that nature that intersect with my interests in Toronto/Mississauga

NYC is adding bikes lanes, mean while in Toronto we are ripping them out, make it make sense #Toronto #ONpoli #TOpoli #BikeTO #WalkTO #NotSafeForBikes

This past Wednesday, I joined Dismount Bike Shop for a group ride along the West Toronto Railpath and through High Park which about 30 to 40 people took part. You can read about the ride on my blog and hope you get more riding in this fall. 🚲 #BikeTO #TOpoli www.twowheeledpolitics.ca/2026/09/sept...

Got my lawn sign from Cycle Toronto. Ironically it and its wire support were a little too big for me to carry on my bike so I walked to the office and took the streetcar home. #bikeTO
