#bbclaurak I remember when Boris Johnson said they were going to build many new prisons. It didn't happen. Kemi Badenoch can't be trusted to build new prisons. Not sure who Kemi Badenoch is talking to this conference but it doesn't appear she is going to get any new voters from her announcements!
