Vilardi nearly made the #Avs pay for their loose play on defense, but the puck somehow stays out! #whew #GoAvsGo

The #Avs 4th line has been nightmare fuel on the forecheck! #GoAvsGo

Fedor Svechkov gets his first in an Avs sweater with the greasy goal in front of the net! Jaden Schwartz (3), Brett Kulak (1) on the assists #Avs #GoAvsGo

Fedor Svechkov ties the game for the #Avs at two! #GoAvsGo

Avs can't buy a goal right now. MacKinnon rushes with the puck as it won't settle on him and the shot goes wide. #Avs #GoAvsGo

Nelson gets called for cross checking, and the #Avs head back to the penalty kill. #GoAvsGo

Nelson heads to the box for a cross-check and the Avs HAVE to kill this off for a chance to win this game #Avs #GoAvsGo

This is where I'd like to see the #Avs change offensive tactics and really drive the net and cause some chaos instead of just looking for shots.

The third period between the #Avs and Jets is NOW @CanadaLifeCtr in Winnipeg!

Let's finish hot and get that victory! #GoAvsGo

Per the Jets PR, Josh Morrissey will not return to tonight’s game due to an upper body injury. #Avs #GoAvsGo

Okay, #Avs fans.

Down by one with twenty minutes left.

Winnipeg has had a few bounces go their way.

Who's going to be tonight's #AvsGameBreaker to get a good bounce for the good guys?

You know what to do...

Get those fingers busy and get @ us! #GoAvsGo

The #Avs trail by one heading into the break.

Both teams trade goals in period. Winnipeg has disrupted a lot of opportunities on Skinner, and they've made good on defections on Blackwood.

They might be getting a bit goalied, but there's still time to even things up. #GoAvsGo

end of 2nd, Avs down 2-1: Jets started playing smarter hockey and keeping the puck in the Avs zone a little more. Perfetti scored his 3rd goal in 3 games, need to tighten up the defense on the top line a little more. Cycle the puck more to lose the D of the jets. #Avs #GoAvsGo

The #Avs are trailing 2-1 after the 2nd.

I hate to say it, but Skinner is outdueling Blackwood. He's been the difference maker. This game should be out of reach for the Jets if not for some solid goaltending.

The boys need to finish strong! #GoAvsGo

END OF 2ND: #Avs 1 - #Jets 2

We’ve seen this one before I swear! Avs with a ton of chances but can’t beat Skinner. Jets have made the most of more limited opportunities.

#GoAvsGo

Perfetti puts #Avs down by one.

The puck ricocheted off his skate and between Blackwood's pads.

There's a bit more work to do now. #GoAvsGo

With just under left in the 2nd period, Cole Perfetti redirects a shot past Blackwood to take the lead for the Jets #Avs #GoAvsGo

The Jets have turned up the heat here in the first half of the second period. They are one shot shy of their first period total and not to mention responded right away to Schwartz's goal. #Avs #GoAvsGo

It took 20 shots to get one but Jaden Schwartz finally nails the back of the net from the slot and gets his first as and Avalanche! Fedor Svechkov (1), Brent Burns (2) on the assists #Avs #GoAvsGo

Jaden Schwartz gets the #Avs on the board! #GoAvsGo
