One can only remember his name & the other is no longer present in his body, yet both have control over us all with 0 comprehension or competence.
Honestly, I'm less concerned about elder abuse-that's on his family and colleagues. I'm concerned about a half-dead senator representing constituents, who doesn't know what day it is. If someone needs to inform him of his vote, he's not a functioning senator.
