Y'dyalani is pretty good physically, i always hc that the echo goves kinda of a small healing factor that allows y'dyalani to usually recover from wounds and injuries faster then the average person. But more intense ones can still keep her out of commission for some time, like in ew.

Obviously Y'shtola. Not only is she the love of Y'dyalani's life, but y'shtola was the first person outside her parents either thank fuki to believe in her and show faith in her, and help her therefore finally believe in herself being more then a useless runt.
