For Nayra I guess it's her beastmastery. Technically it's part of her echo/Azem's powers. She understands animal speech and can attune to beasts. The stronger her connection is to the Echo, the stronger her attunements become

Off the top of my head for no developed reason whatsoever

Nayra, Sorcha, Yuyura: right-handed
Rein, Zorig: left-handed
Yuyuri, Kasia, Kjaran: ambidextrous (Yuyuri was forced to learn right-hand; Kasia was trained to be a Garlean super weapon; Kjaran masters various weapons & fighting styles) #xivoc

My updated inspo chart! I spent so long editing Sorcha and Leirion's lol

Kasia / voice claim: Ami Koshimizu

i was hesitant about attaching freya's image to sorcha but freya did lose her lover at the start of the game, and while meteor does not return for sorcha, their grief is the same. and sorcha is also that cool oneesan yes

For Nayra it's her tenacity—her refusal to give up on something (or someone) even she herself is on the brink of hopelessness. It is her persisting kindness. That even after everything, she still chooses to be kind

For Kasia, it's her no-bullshit attitude. She is herself whatever anyone says

Not quite physical characteristics but they do share a certain level of wanderlust and curiosity of the unknown and unexplored, a love for animals and a knack for handling them, as well as a readiness to help anyone in need.

Nayra is the embodiment of guilt (or, survivor's guilt) so... She does think she is responsible for everyone's safety

Meanwhile Kasia is the opposite. It's not she doesn't feel guilt. She tries not to let it get to her and instead seeks ways to improve the situation

A scalpel and a dagger are the same
the difference being the decision behind it

Are you the hand or the blade, and
can you even tell?

I think the biggest "change" is Nayra's hair highlights (which doesnt happen in my canon). It was initially pale yellow; now burgundy.
Lore wise, I added more scars. her hairstyle changed a few times. sometime in post-HW she reapplied her war paint. most prominent is her post-EW left eye scar #xivoc

They are hard at work.
(I have not yet successfully created Katsuro😔)

a fan of their history prior to the occupation, but as one of her closest confidants is Ala Mhigan, its liberation is a priority for her
Ishgard: she hates the cold, nobility, and high society. But she owes the Fortemps and Edmont is like a father to her. So she bears everything with a smile
