Went to the LFF premiere of Laika's #Wildwood and holy shit do I have all the feels. I might need to process what I just saw, and also maybe get therapy.

Stunningly gorgeous, and my psyche may never recover.

Travis Knight’s #WILDWOOD is a rare gem of cinema. This stop-motion animated gem delivers a heartfelt, poignant & heroic story captured in glorious animation.

With its impressive voice cast, breathtaking visuals and often hilariously witty moments, it’s an instant classic. #LFF

OMG!

#Wildwood is a fantastic stop animation movie that has it all.

Fun, action, drama, emotion, tragedy and violence all go into a script that delivers everything wrapped in a terrific bow.

Travis Knight has created something that is Oscar Worthy and is a must see.

#Wildwood is a truly captivating story with second-to-none stop-motion animation; fully-formed, nuanced characters who avoid common tropes; and a fantastical story that feels both familiar in its nuts-and-bolts and unexpected in all the ways that matter. 🙌

I’ve been a big fan of #Laika from the start but I’ve been waiting for them to absolutely nail it and ooooh boy do they nail it with #Wildwood. Combining everything that was great about Coraline and Kubo and then shooting it to the moon. This is Laika & Travis Knight operating on a whole other level
