there may also be national-level problems/sabotage in which case you can expect rapid info from @indivisible.org national
And if things go REALLY well, national will also put out calls for re-focusing on our 2027 priorities
#WhatsThePlan

Q: If there *are* election problems will there be a call by @indivisible.org national, or will each group make a decision on its own?
A: There are going to be *specific* places where we're working w/local groups to have them ready to make their own decision to take action

@solidaritywarrior.bsky.social & CO Bridge Trolls get a shout-out for their brilliant ❌👑 plan -

"epic overpass protest on 3 consecutive bridges over I-70"

In case you weren't sold - "We’ll have free 🌯 from Illegal Pete's"

#NoKings: Early Voting is nonpartisan, meant to include ALL kinds, esp orgs like faith communities that can't/won't endorse specific candidates or parties.
Your sign can say "Fuck the Fascists" or "ICE Out", just as long as you don't say "Vote for Dem Candidate X"
#WhatsThePlan

Q&A time!
Q: CA Central Coast is under attack by ICE & immigration enforcement, just as mail-in ballots went out. Can we relent & allow ourselves just a little partisanship on Oct 17th?
A: FIRST, you need to do your Know Your Rights trainings, connect w/your local immigrant rights org.

Mineral Wells WV theme is Beat the Horde, Vote Early, dressed as zombies holding up giant letters over the overpass
Denver CO: The Landslide Starts with You
In Ohio, they'll line the whole main street w/the theme The Early Bird Gets the Vote, Flock to the Polls
[i'll add more later]

🤩As LaTosha Brown of @blackvotersmatterfund.org says, make this election #TooBigToRig

#WhatsThePlan

Vote big, recruit election defenders all around the country.

Some cool events:
Boston Common: 5051 is building a Authoritarian House of Horrors
Brooklyn Resistors is holding an Election Protection Procession w giant Bald Eagle & Monarch Butterfly puppets leading

this was predictable, and we predicted it!
We knew he was going to be losing, and we knew he was doing to be flailing & escalating. That's why we scheduled #NoKings: Early Voting for October 17.
As Latasha Brown at @blackvotersmatterfund.org says, make it Too Big To Rig
#WhatsThePlan

This doen't change the fundamental fact that *states run elections, Trump doesn't*.
The taxpayer-funded propaganda ad we saw over the weekend, that wasn't a sign of a strength, that was a sign of weakness, and people HATE it.
#WhatsThePlan

Like @tressiemcphd.bsky.social says, "panic is a psy-op".

We won't let their nonsense scare us away from voting.

#WhatsThePlan ❓ We make these midterms #TooBigToRig

@ezralevin.bsky.social talks about maga threatening to have ICE at the polls. They're squirrely and unclear when asked, because it's illegal and they don't have enough people willing to do that trash.

#WhatsThePlan ❓
#VoteEarly ❗

but @leahgreenberg.bsky.social , does this mean we're screwed?
Leah: No! We're hearing all this because they're flailing. The formal levers are blocked. DOJ has lost dozens of lawsuits, SCOTUS has blocked them. They're now throwing spaghetti at the wall.
#WhatsThePlan

@democracyforward.org has learned ICE has been running its own "voter fraud" operation.
Trump has been vaguely saying Russell Vought will "maybe" come out with a Big Surprise about voting.
Election saboteur Tina Peters was pardoned by D. Gov Polis, now she's in the White House
#WhatsThePlan

@ezralevin.bsky.social : the facts we're seeing on the ground:
About 40% of Americans believe ICE will be at the polls, about 49% believe the elections will be free & fair.
NOTE: posting armed federal agents at poling places is a FEDERAL CRIME
